New charts: ARPU, Installs, Non-subscriptions

We're excited to announce the addition of three new charts to Adapty analytics.

🟣 Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): You can gauge the overall revenue effectiveness of your app and identify trends or fluctuations in user spending patterns by observing how much you earn per user installation.

🟣 Installs: The number of installations can describe both your acquisition results and product opportunities, so it is definitely worth keeping an eye on.

🟣 Non-subscriptions: With this chart, you can track the number of purchased products that are not in the category of renewable subscriptions.

Please enjoy new perspectives on your data and let us know about your success.

2 new settings for better analytics

What's new in app settings? Check out two awaited updates ✌️

1. You can now edit store fee reduction periods at any time, including retrospective changes. The data will be recalculated accordingly. Just fill in the dates for Apple's Small Business Program and Google's Reduce Service Fee, and if your program is currently active, tick the "At the moment" checkbox to activate the lower percentage until you cancel it.

2. You can also now set a timezone for your apps to determine how your app's analytics are displayed in the dashboard. Choose the required timezone, and select whether you want it to apply to all apps or just this particular one. Your data will be shown accordingly. We recommend selecting the same timezone you have in App Store Connect and Google Play Console to maintain data consistency.

More custom attributes and important fix for React Native SDK

Hey everyone!

In the latest SDK release 2.4.x, we've increased the number of custom attributes per user from 10 to 30. The attribute value length has been also increased to 50 characters. Enjoy!

For React Native developers: we've just released an important fix in version 2.4.2, please consider updating. If you prefetched multiple paywalls with the same product before displaying the paywall, it could lead to the wrong paywall associated with the purchase. It might affect paywall metrics. This problem existed in RN SDK from version 2.2.

Cohorts by days

Introducing the latest Adapty cohorts update! Performance is now shown not only by renewals but also by days 📆.

  1. See how many purchases are made during the first day.
  2. Track ARPPU, ARPAS, revenue, and subscriptions on the Nth day for each cohort.
  3. Analyze trends in revenue generated by different cohorts and products.
  4. Use this view when renewals are not applicable, for example, for consumable or one-time products.

Localizations in Paywall remote config

Localizations can be sent now as separate JSONs in the paywall remote config interface. You may consider setting different languages and localizing your paywalls according to local culture to capture more subscribers 🌎 🌍 🌏
Paywalls will load faster because only one locale will be downloaded.

The old way to keep localizations in one JSON is still available though we recommend transferring to separate with new functionality as the old one will be deprecated in several months and not supported by the latest SDK versions.

Customer user ID in profiles

Customer user ID is now shown in the Profiles section as a separate column.
What does it mean? 👤
1. This column is the first and it's easy to identify users in the table by it.
2. Now you can not only search a profile by your custom ID but also see this parameter in a row with other user attributes to be sure your search is successful.
3. Please mind that Customer user ID is sent to Adapty by you and is usually used as an authorization parameter to identify one profile on several platforms. So if you haven't used it before and consider adding you may read more about its implementation.
